Cheline Schroeder

Cheline Schroeder has always been driven to advocate for individuals stuck in the gears of our complicated court system. Now she continues her mission as an associate Criminal Defense attorney at Robinson and Henry.

Cheline grew up sympathizing with people she saw in and out of court. She decided at a fairly young age to pursue a career in law. Staying on course, Cheline graduated law school, passed the bar in both Washington D.C. and Colorado, and served as a public defender for five years before joining R&H.

This experience includes more than 20 jury trials in Pueblo.

“I am not afraid to hold the state to its burden through heavy litigation,” Cheline says. “The courtroom is where I thrive the most. I will stand up for my clients, no matter what.”

Clients who work with Cheline can expect her to always give a frank, no-nonsense assessment of their case. She is organized, efficient, and responsive to her clients even during their hardest times. Cheline is a competent, compassionate, and competitive ally for her clients.

Criminal Defense advocacy is demanding work, especially for attorneys who truly care. Cheline makes the most of the free time she gets. She attends concerts, goes ‘brunching’ with friends, and spends quality time with her “chiweenie” dog, Papa.
