It takes a special person to not only keep up with changing laws, but to enjoy each twisting nuance and exception. However, new Robinson and Henry Associate Attorney Gina Botti goes even one step further:
She applies the depth of her knowledge to help under-served communities and causes. She even attended a public interest law school so she could make a difference.
Now, Gina handles Civil Litigation and Real Estate matters for the firm. She likes cases that challenge her to think creatively.
“I enjoy civil litigation because no two cases are ever exactly the same,” Gina says.
Gina takes a three-dimensional approach to her cases. She examines a case from the perspectives of her client, her client’s adversary, and the judge or jury. Gina uses this approach to fully inform her clients so they can decide how to proceed.
What she learns from this approach is communicated to her clients, so they can make the best decisions. This is just one way Gina commits herself to providing the best possible outcome for her clients.
