Anna Trobee

 

Robinson & Henry Associate Attorney Anna Trobee is a compassionate litigator whose practice meets at the intersection of criminal defense and family law. Anna’s legal career began in the public defender’s office, where she helped hundreds of clients facing serious criminal charges, such as driving under the influence (DUI) and homicide, understand their legal options. Encouraging open communication and empowering her clients to take ownership of their cases is core to Anna’s practice. 

“I speak to my clients in a digestible and respectful way and explain everything in layman’s terms rather than inundating them with legal jargon,” said Anna. 

Case of Note

As a public defender, Anna helped a client get his DUI charges dropped. In this matter, Anna’s client sought help from police when he became too drunk to drive. Anna’s client wanted to be admitted to an alcohol detox facility until it was safe for him to get back on the road. To his surprise, police arrested and charged him for driving under the influence. Anna presented a strong case to the court on her client’s behalf, which convinced the court to dismiss the charges.

As a child, Anna immigrated with her family to the United States from Russia. She is an avid Colorado Avalanche fan, proudly holding season tickets for 15 consecutive years.
