Before Bill Henry was a Founding Partner of one of Colorado’s largest and fastest-growing law firms, he was just another young lawyer working in Washington D.C.
But Bill had a vision. In 2008, he moved with his family to Colorado and joined longtime Denver-area attorney Mike Robinson to launch Robinson & Henry, P.C.
What started with one office and a few employees in Castle Rock has blossomed into the Denver metropolitan area’s 11th largest law firm, as of 2023. Robinson & Henry now has over 70 attorneys with expertise across a variety of practice areas. U.S. News and World Report recognized R&H as one of the Best Companies to Work For among law firms in 2024.
Robinson & Henry has emerged as a thought-leader in the local legal community, hosting workshops and speaking events for professionals and community members alike.
Always a trailblazer, Bill is quick to analyze and adopt cutting-edge strategies to strengthen the firm’s visibility and viability. He has hired innovative and talented support staff to implement his business vision at every step.
The firm has made its greatest strides since 2019, rising in the rankings from the 26th largest firm to breaking into the Top 15. Under Bill’s leadership, Robinson & Henry has opened eight branch offices along the Front Range, including five in the Denver area. In January 2023, the firm expanded to Texas where it opened three offices in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
