Megan Jury is a member of Robinson & Henry’s Probate and Elder Law Teams. Megan complements these practice areas with her extensive knowledge of Medicaid processes. As more Baby Boomers turn to Medicaid for assistance, this generation and their adult children can rely on Megan’s expertise to ensure they and their loved ones receive proper long-term care.
Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Megan represented skilled nursing facilities in complex Medicaid eligibility and compliance issues, including Medicaid appeals. She gained an invaluable understanding of the Long-Term Care Medicaid application and appeals process, which she now uses to assist other families and individuals as they navigate the eligibility process and plan for the future.
Megan also has experience handling conservatorship and guardianship proceedings for incapacitated individuals.
Probate and Elder Law cases are incredibly sensitive matters, and clients will discover the right balance of compassion and legal insight from Megan. She is a problem-solver who strives for creative solutions that will be most beneficial for her clients.
When Megan is away from the office, she enjoys taking on culinary challenges, hiking, and reading. She and her husband, Travis, have two young sons, Drake and Declan.
