Andrew Hug

Having practiced law since 2001, R&H Partner Andrew Hug brings considerable experience to Robinson & Henry’s Family Law Team. Andrew, who is a Senior Associate, assists individuals and families through difficult issues, such as divorce, custody matters, and obtaining protection orders.

First drawn to the legal profession for its intellectual challenges, Andrew finds it most rewarding to help people navigate the complex legal system during some of the most challenging times in their lives. He believes his primary responsibility is to ensure his clients are prepared for the twists and turns their cases can take as he works to achieve the best outcome for them.

As a former deputy district attorney, Andrew knows his way around the courtroom. He has handled nearly 100 criminal and civil trials throughout Colorado and Texas, so Andrew is not easily rattled. He’s prepared to handle all aspects of your matter whether it’s negotiating a divorce settlement at mediation or fighting to increase your parenting time in court.

During his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly on ski slopes in winter and hiking trails during warmer months.
