Gabriel Montalvo

Robinson & Henry Partner and Civil Litigation Attorney Gabriel Montalvo chose to practice law because he wanted to help people navigate complex and difficult situations —  and to choose a different path than the rest of the physicians and professors in his family.

During his career, Gabriel has practiced in several different areas of law from which he has gained substantial experience. He has handled hundreds of matters across a variety of litigation fields and tried cases throughout Colorado’s courtrooms, including the Colorado Court of Appeals.

This experience has contributed to Gabriel’s continued professional development and assisted in his ability to effectively handle a variety of cases. As a result, he is able to provide clients with superb representation that leads to positive results.

During his personal time, Gabriel hangs out with his partner and two children. He leads a very active lifestyle, which includes hiking, indoor bouldering and rock climbing, and snowboarding. Gabriel is also a successful kickboxer. In 2008, he placed third nationally in the light middleweight division, and he was the Florida state champion in the same weight class that year.
