The nature of this job is to figure out how to find the best resolution for your client. Sometimes you have to think outside the box, and the ability to approach an issue with some creativity is often what distinguishes a good attorney from a great one.
Robinson & Henry Senior Associate and Litigation Attorney Nicole Griffard specializes in civil, business, and commercial matters. Her past clients have run the gamut from individual business owners to large Fortune 500 companies. However, those clients have one thing in common: Nicole has approached each of their matters with the same level of intensity and commitment, regardless of the size of the business or the dispute.
The idea of advocating for others was a driving force in Nicole’s decision to attend law school at Creighton University in Nebraska. She chose to practice litigation because she loved learning about different industries and businesses. Practicing litigation affords her exposure to different businesses that she might never have gained otherwise.
Nicole approaches each case with one end goal in mind, and that is to find a favorable resolution for her client. She knows that litigation can be mentally, emotionally, and financially draining. Rest assured, her clients can expect that she will do her best to do battle on their behalf to try to lighten some of that load from their shoulders.
In her spare time, Nicole loves to travel, golf, and cook. She also enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, daughter Mina, and their two bulldogs, Naruto and Hugo.
