Bruce Rands is a partner in the Civil Litigation Practice of Robinson & Henry. Bruce handles complex and high-stakes litigation on behalf of private companies. 

Bruce draws on decades of experience to defend businesses against claims of civil theft, negligence, and breach of contract. 

His time as a criminal prosecutor with the special victims unit further informs his work. 

Before joining the firm, Bruce maintained a diverse caseload through private practice, representing a broad base of clients in civil litigation and real estate matters: 

• Obtained a $950,000 judgment in civil theft and breach of contract jury trial involving a business dispute  
• Successfully defended a breach of contract claim and obtained a counterclaim against a contractor for more than $200,000 in damages
