Victoria Edwards knows firsthand the perseverance it often takes to achieve success and financial security. This is why the Robinson and Henry Partner fights for those who have been wronged or exploited.

Victoria learned the value of hard work as she grew up watching her parents struggle to make ends meet. This hardened her resolve to become the best she can be. She earned her undergraduate degree with honors, finished law school, and has passed the bar in four different states.

Victoria now handles commercial, civil, and construction defect litigation at R&H.

“I gravitated toward litigation because it encompasses my strengths and is just plain exciting,” Victoria says.

Victoria came to R&H armed with valuable experience to go with her work ethic. She has presented oral arguments to the Ninth Circuit, Tenth Circuit, and the Colorado Court of Appeals among other cases she’s tried in Colorado. However, she understands that interacting with clients is just as meaningful as arguing before judges and juries.

“I strive to help my clients feel comfortable with the legal process,” Victoria says. “I make every effort to connect with my clients on matters important to them, while guiding them through the uncertainties of litigation.”

Though she stress compromise and early resolution as the best, most cost-effective course, Victoria still puts her clients first. She is a zealous and aggressive advocate when faced with obstinate opposition. She says what she means, and follows through when she gives a client her word. Trust is the bedrock of the attorney-client relationship.

Outside of work, Victoria loves spending time with her husband and ten-year-old daughter. They enjoy snowboarding, skiing, rock climbing, bouldering, whitewater rafting, snowshoeing, and hiking. She has also recently picked up sewing, and has planned fun crafts for herself, her daughter, and her girlfriends.
