R&H Senior Associate Brittney McClinton brings a unique blend of legal astuteness and personal understanding to her family law practice.   Having navigated the complex legal process of adopting her two younger sisters, Brittney brings an intimate grasp of the emotional and legal intricacies her clients face. 

“To be able to help my family adopt [my sisters] was what solidified my career as a family law attorney,” Brittney said.

This firsthand experience fuels her empathy for and dedication to her clients. It also sharpens her skills as a legal advocate and counselor. 

“I feel as though my own life experiences have given me the tools to relate to my clients on different levels,” Brittney said. “Whether it is simply listening or winning at trial, I understand the importance of my role in my clients’ lives.” 

Brittney prides herself on providing sound legal advice and realistic expectations for her clients. She cites communication, tailored representation, and efficiency as her core strengths. 

Having tried cases throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area for more than a decade, Brittney has established a rapport with local judges, prosecutors, and attorneys with whom she practices law. Her polished courtroom demeanor commands respect, which allows her to effectively advocate for her clients’ best interests.   

“One of the most powerful tools an attorney can have is presence in the courtroom,” Brittney said. “I consider myself aggressive, persuasive, and knowledgable in a courtroom setting. I have spent many years perfecting my technique.”
