Andrew Lintner

Andrew Lintner is a skilled civil, commercial, and transactional litigator who enjoys helping clients navigate complex civil matters. As an Associate Attorney with Robinson & Henry, Andrew handles professional and general liability, contract law, and real estate disputes 

Before joining R&H, Andrew litigated for numerous Denver metro area law firms and served as an in-house transactional attorney for a top 10 national homebuilder. This background gives him valuable insight when reviewing contracts and building winning cases for his clients. Andrew has an eye for details, especially as it relates to drafting impenetrable contracts and finding mistakes in others that can sway a case’s outcome. 

Andrew has tried – and won – jury cases in district courts along the Colorado Front Range, including a recent medical malpractice case in Larimer County with a favorable outcome for a tetraplegic client. Additionally, he’s successfully tried a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitration matter in North Carolina.
