Robinson & Henry Partner Joe Lico is a seasoned civil litigation attorney. Joe has tried cases in state and federal courts in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. He also has appeared before The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
Ever a fair and zealous advocate, Joe always provides clients his honest opinion about the goals and merits of their case, and he works diligently to achieve their desired results.
Joe’s interest in the law was sparked by an experience he had as a young man. After receiving a ticket for allegedly running a stop sign, Joe sought to defeat the traffic violation. He was fascinated with the process inside the courtroom. Joe decided then he must become an attorney.
After receiving his bachelor’s degree – a double major in political science and economics – from the University of California at Santa Barbara, Joe set off to law school. He received his J.D. from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver.
In his free time, Joe enjoys relaxing at home with his family. He and his wife, Laura, of almost 25 years have three children. Abby, one of two daughters, will soon graduate from Regis Jesuit. Upon graduation, Abby will study Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound at the University of Missouri. The couple’s other daughter, Alyssa, also attends Regis Jesuit. Their son, Justin, is at Oklahoma State studying aviation.
