Navigate using the steps below
At Robinson & Henry, P.C., we understand that legal problems often arise unexpectedly and, as a result, catch our clients off guard financially. We often hear from prospective clients that the biggest hurdle to hiring legal representation is the expense. That’s why we offer multiple payment options.
Our Four-Part Approach
- Free initial case evaluation
- Low minimum retainers
- Flat fees when appropriate
- Transparency in our billing practices
Free Initial Assessment
In most cases, we offer a FREE 30-minute initial assessment, during which our attorneys can quickly diagnose your legal issue and offer solutions.

Low Retainers, Flat Fees and Protection Plans
Our low retainer allows you to get started solving your problem immediately, then simply pay as you go.
We handle a variety of matters on a flat-fee basis. Examples of these types of cases include visa applications, estate planning and evictions. For flat fee matters, your legal fees will not exceed the amount quoted unless the scope of our representation changes (though it’s important to note that this payment option is for time billing charges and does not include expenses).
Robinson & Henry also offers an Audit Defense Protection Plan™. This plan give taxpayers and business owners peace of mind. If you are audited, our tax attorneys are ready to attend the audit on your behalf, fiercely protecting your rights and financial future.

At Robinson & Henry, we believe in transparency. Our attorneys review each bill to ensure that the explanation of charges is thorough and accurate before a bill is sent to you. Additionally, we bill on a biweekly basis to ensure that you are kept informed of the status of your case and the work that we have performed on your behalf.
In an effort to help you afford high-quality legal representation, we can connect you with a third-party financing organization that can help. During your case assessment, you can learn more.
