He has represented county governments, private clients, and businesses across Colorado and the Midwest, navigating complex regulatory environments and litigating high-stakes matters.
In his current real estate practice, Todd advises landlords, tenants, homeowners, and businesses on a full range of issues, including lease drafting and negotiation, property disputes, construction defects, homeowner association disputes, and compliance with local and state land use regulations.
Todd’s in-depth knowledge of governmental processes gives him a critical edge in zoning, permitting, code enforcement, and regulatory compliance matters, which frequently intersect with real estate ownership and leasing.
