The CPA offers consumers the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of their personal information, and profiling. The law also gives consumers the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data.

Call 303-688-0944 to request access to, correct, delete, or obtain any personal information that you have provided us. Under Colorado law, we have 45 days from the date we receive your request to respond; however, we may extend the timeframe by an additional 45 days if necessary. We will notify you within 45 days of receiving your request if there will be a delay and the reason for it.
If initial efforts to authenticate your request are insufficient, we may request additional information to further verify your request. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or result in incorrect information.
If your data request is denied, you have the right to appeal through the following steps:
Begin the Appeal - Call 303-688-0944 and clearly state that you are "appealing a data request decision."
Provide Context - Explain why you believe the initial decision was incorrect and provide any additional information that may help us re-verify your identity or the request.
Await Review - Our team will conduct a secondary review of your request. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days in accordance with Colorado law. However, the law permits a 60-day extension if necessary. You’ll be notified within 45 days of our receipt of your appeal if there will be a delay, along with the reason for it.
Final Determination - We will provide you with a written explanation of our final decision.
Personal data - information that is linked or reasonably linked to an identifiable person; excludes biometric data, genetic information, de-identified data, or lawful publicly available information C.R.S. § 6-1-1303(17)
Processing - the collection, use, sale, storage, disclosure, analysis, deletion, or modification of personal data C.R.S. § 6-1-1303(18)
Profiling - the use of automated tools to analyze personal information to make predictions about an individual’s interests, behaviors, or other personal preferences C.R.S. § 6-1-1303(20)
Targeted advertising - ads shown to individuals online based on what they clicked, viewed, or interacted with on websites, apps, or online services C.R.S. § 6-1-1303(25)
