Brandon Armitage is an associate with the firm’s Litigation practice, where he handles lease disputes and evictions for landlords and property managers.

Before joining R&H, Brandon represented both landlords and tenants in eviction and lease disputes—experience that helps him anticipate an opponent’s arguments before they’re made. His broader litigation work spans breach of contract, employment discrimination and retaliation, withheld wages, permanent protection orders, and corporate disputes. His courtroom instincts took shape even earlier as a senior certified intern with Colorado Public Defenders in Boulder, where he argued bail and bond in jail court, negotiated plea deals, and more.

Brandon holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he participated in the Housing Justice Clinic and the Innocence Clinic. Before law school, he worked as a national recruiter placing travel nurses in hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
