Megan Adams is a certified paralegal who supports Robinson & Henry's Litigation and Evictions & Landlord Teams. Throughout her career, Megan has assisted attorneys on cases involving contract disputes, torts, real estate and property matters, construction defects, mechanics' liens, HOA litigation, foreclosures, and post-judgment collections. Megan has provided litigation support from inception through trial in municipal, county, district, and federal courts—including bankruptcy and appellate courts—on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
Her work spans the full litigation lifecycle: drafting pleadings, contracts, settlement agreements, and demand letters; preparing and responding to discovery; conducting legal research, skip tracing, and asset searches on LexisNexis and Westlaw; calendaring litigation deadlines; and assisting attorneys with trial preparation, from compiling exhibit binders to managing witness testimony.
