Residential eviction - Assisted in recovering possession from a tenant who attempted to delay proceedings through procedural tactics. Prepared the eviction notices and court filings that led to an Order Granting Possession and Writ of Restitution, allowing the landlord to recover the property.
Construction litigation - Assisted in preparation of mechanic’s lien and foreclosure action in a roofing contract dispute, supporting the litigation and collection process through recovery of all amounts owed, including treble damages, attorney fees, and court costs via garnishment.
