Litigation can be stressful, and when clients come to me it is often their first exposure to the realities of the legal system. I pride myself on being a zealous advocate and, at the same time, finding creative solutions so my clients retain control over the outcome.

Most people who aren’t lawyers need help to traverse the legal landscape of their case. That’s something civil litigation attorney Marcus Wile thoroughly enjoys doing – helping his clients negotiate unfamiliar legal waters, then seeing them come out with renewed confidence.
As one who likes to solve problems, Marcus was naturally drawn to the law.
“You’re given a set of rules, and it is up to you to figure out how to navigate your way through it,” he said.
Upon receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, Marcus traveled to the heart of Oklahoma to study law at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. There he chose to focus his legal studies on civil litigation.
Through the years, Marcus has found civil litigation to be an incredibly engaging area of law to practice, as it offers a constant stream of unique issues to resolve. He believes the best path to a resolution for his clients is honesty. That’s why clients should expect Marcus to be completely candid with them, even when it may be difficult for them to hear.
“If a client is honest with me, warts and all, I believe we can almost always find a solution that everyone will be satisfied with,” Marcus said.
Marcus’ free time is spend with his family. He and his wife, Sarah, are kept busy with a young son, Harrison, and Reggie the Golden Doodle. Marcus hobbies include golfing, snowboarding, hiking, and traveling. Interesting fact about Marcus: he grew up in Udhailiyah, Saudi Arabia before moving to Colorado to attend high school and college.
