Kevin Stoner is a partner with the firm’s Family Law practice. With a dual background in family law and criminal law, Kevin is determined to secure favorable outcomes in challenging circumstances.
Prior to R&H, Kevin earned a reputation as a “closer” at various private family law firms, where he was frequently brought in to refine strategy and stabilize difficult cases. Kevin routinely handles high-asset marital estates and high-conflict parenting disputes, providing decisive counsel in the most volatile cases. In addition to family law, Kevin prosecuted felony, misdemeanor, juvenile, and traffic crimes as a Deputy District Attorney for the 3rd Judicial District. Beyond his work as a prosecutor, he has defended clients in criminal matters. Kevin’s insight into the intersection of criminal law and family law uniquely qualifies him to strategically and compassionately handle family law cases involving domestic violence, juvenile matters, and other criminal elements.
Kevin’s practice covers all phases of family law litigation, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, allocation of parental responsibility, child support, paternity, and protection orders.
