He is particularly skilled in drafting and negotiating complex settlement agreements. 

Additionally, John possesses a deep understanding of Colorado’s real estate market. Before beginning his legal career, he spent a decade as an independent realtor and broker associate in Denver, handling complex land, residential, and commercial transactions. John often turns to his knowledge of real estate law to help his family law clients strategize property division during separation and divorce.
