Kevin Sobczyk

An eager passion for spirited debate guided Kevin Sobczyk toward the legal profession. An impulse to seek just outcomes for ordinary people who have been wronged or injured made him the lawyer he is today.

Kevin has joined Robinson and Henry’s civil litigation team after 13 years trying cases in Chicago’s Cook County as an assistant state’s attorney and two more years as a deputy district attorney in Arapahoe County. Kevin practically lived in the courtroom during his time as a prosecutor, and won’t back down if he has to go to trial on behalf of his litigation clients.

Kevin believes in hearing his clients out and gaining their trust in order to fully grasp their situation. That way, he can advocate, negotiate and, if it comes to it, litigate on their behalf. He loves the challenge of a new case, and will do everything he can to get his clients the fair outcome they deserve.

Kevin has a wife, three kids and one dog. Though he comes from the Midwest, Kevin and his family have gone full Colorado. They enjoy skiing, biking, hiking, kayaking, fly fishing, and taking in professional baseball games at Coors Field. Kevin roots for the Rockies when he can, but his heart still belongs to the Cubs.
