I like thinking about and problem solving complex issues, and I like that logical reasoning can be put to use helping people in the practice of law.

Biography

Like many eviction lawyers, Dylan appreciates a friendly debate. In fact, it was during late night discussions with college classmates that Dylan discovered his affinity for research and persuasion. With a new-found penchant for cultivating a winning argument, it appeared law school was the most reasonable next step for Dylan.

Dylan is part of Robinson & Henry’s real estate team. Much of his practice involves eviction cases. He successfully represents landlords in residential and commercial evictions. Dylan also drafts contracts for real estate transactions, handles breach of contract cases, and takes on seller-disclosure violations. Additionally, he accepts landlord-tenant disputes. Dylan has appeared in Adams County, Arapahoe County, Denver County, and El Paso County, Fremont County, Jefferson County, and Weld County courts.

Dylan’s clients often have an idea of what they would like to achieve in their case, but there are many individuals who come to him at square one. In either instance, Dylan advises his clients on all of the legal options that could lead to a positive resolution in their matter. His clients’ best interests and goals are top of mind as he works to attain the best possible outcome for them. Individuals who retain Dylan quickly discover his strong work ethic and attention to detail are the qualities that place in him an excellent position to obtain a favorable result for them.

While stuffy offices and courtrooms seem to be a natural habitat for attorneys like Dylan, he relishes his time in the fresh air. When he’s not taking in Colorado’s natural wonders, Dylan enjoys a good audiobook about history. He’s also an avid video game player.
