Biography

David Imbler chose to study law so he could make a meaningful difference in other people’s lives. A member of the firm’s Estate Planning & Elder Law and Probate Teams, David selected these particular practice areas because they allow him to help families protect their future, care for aging and disabled loved ones, and resolve disputes.

Individuals who need assistance with estate planning and probate matters face difficult issues and crucial decisions, which can affect loved ones for years to come. Coupled with confusing and ever-changing laws, clients can be overwhelmed by the time they they first meet with David. He strives to set their minds at ease by educating them about the law and procedures related to their matter.

Whether it’s a contested inheritance, a couple planning their legacy, or advocating on behalf of vulnerable individuals, David remains sensitive to his clients’ needs as they work toward a positive outcome.

David has handled cases throughout Colorado, including Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, and Vail counties.

Originally from Kansas, David considers himself a “proud – almost – Colorado native,” having moved to the state when he was when he was in the third grade. Like many Coloradans, he enjoys a day on the slopes, but David won’t be seen cheering on the Broncos. He extends his apologies in advance, but his allegiance remains with the Kansas City Chiefs.
