As lawyers our profession requires more than a willingness to do a job. We must be passionate about getting justice for our clients and have an unwavering commitment to the truth.
Many of Daniel Altis’ clients seek his representation after they’ve become lost in a complex legal maze for which there is no exit in sight. Fortunately, Daniel thrives on finding answers to the complex legal issues his clients face so he can navigate them to a positive resolution.
A member of the firm’s Litigation Team, Daniel handles a variety of litigation matters, including real estate issues, HOA disputes, and lawsuit defense.
Like others who have pursued a career in law, Daniel was inspired by the influence effective advocacy has on the judicial system. He is a tireless champion for his clients, an attribute he acquired years ago while clerking for a trial judge.
“I saw that all people need an advocate when they are parties to a lawsuit,” Daniel said.
When he receives a new case, Daniel reviews it from all sides so he can provide the best possible legal advice and representation. No stone is left unturned as Daniel prepares a strategy to help his client accomplish their goals.
When Daniel takes time for himself, he can usually be found reading, hiking, or riding his bike.
