Mark Fenton is a real estate and business litigation attorney in Robinson & Henry’s Denver office. He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. At Whittier Law School, Mark was a senior staff editor for the Whittier Law Review where he honed his technical research and writing skills.
While at Whittier Law School, Mark fueled his passion for real estate matters by concentrating on real property-related courses and serving as a research assistant for a real property professor engaged in real estate transactions and litigation.
Before Whittier Law School, Mark was an All Big 12 center for the University of Colorado. In 2005, he was a Rimington Award Finalist honoring the best college center in NCAA football. Mark also played professional football for the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans before retiring in 2009.
Mark is a native Californian and enjoys great Mexican food, the beach, and the Lakers. Additionally, Mark is a devoted CU Buffs supporter and enjoys going to all home games and connecting with alumni.
