Attorney Dylan Jimenez is a member of Robinson & Henry’s Real Estate Team. Dylan helps landlords maneuver Colorado’s everchanging and complex eviction laws. He also represents clients in a variety of real estate matters.
Dylan chose to focus his legal practice on real estate and evictions for the unique challenges his clients face.
“From a client’s perspective it can be daunting,” he said. “My job is to simplify the issue and provide a solution.”
In addition to the stress of tacking a legal matter, Dylan knows that many of his clients are working with a lawyer for the first time. That is why he takes great care to understand the elements of their case, explain the legal options, and support them throughout the process to achieve the best results.
Dylan completed his law degree from the University of Illinois-Chicago School of Law. As a law student, Dylan completed two externships during which he honed his critical thinking and legal analytical skills. At the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Dylan worked for Judge Franklin Ulyses Valderrama who is now a federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Dylan also worked for U.S. District Judge James Edward Shadid of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois. Dylan credits these opportunities with preparing him to litigate cases in court.
During his personal time, Dylan enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Mallory. Dylan embraces the outdoors, whether it’s a trip to the mountains or hitting the golf course. An interesting fact about the couple: they backpacked through 11 European countries in 35 days!
