Robinson & Henry Associate and Family Law Attorney Kevin Webster was inspired to pursue a legal career because he believes the law is the best way people can find justice in our society.
A strategic thinker with a knack for brinkmanship, Kevin has an innate ability to understand and apply the law.
During his years as a child protection attorney and a criminal prosecutor, Kevin developed a deep passion for working on behalf of vulnerable people. Family law involves complex issues that can be very difficult and emotionally taxing on clients. Kevin is particularly knowledgeable about the child welfare system, and he can assist clients who are navigating unsafe home and family dynamics.
Kevin has tried cases in Arapahoe, El Paso, and Fremont Counties. He also handled People in the Interest of M.V., 2018, a Colorado Court of Appeals case that involved child neglect and dependency.
Kevin approaches each case with the utmost professionalism. He believes his role reaches beyond just helping clients navigate the legal process. Clients can also expect Kevin to be a trusted confidant, candid advisor, and diligent advocate.
When Kevin is away from the office, he hangs out with Benji, his beagle. Kevin also enjoys a good book, a new recipe, and a rejuvenating hike.
