Robinson & Henry Partner Attorney Erica L. Bertini helps family law clients navigate a convoluted legal system during what is often one of the most stressful times of their lives.

Erica counsels clients concerning the tough decisions they’ll face during a divorce, custody issue, post-decree modification, and more. She also handles family law cases that intersect with criminal court.

For 12-and-a-half years, Erica served as a deputy district attorney in Colorado and Illinois. During that time, she oversaw various criminal cases from felony crimes and juvenile delinquency to DUIs and domestic violence. This experience included child support enforcement, abuse and neglect cases, and promoting victims’ rights.

Erica made the switch to private practice prior to joining Robinson & Henry. She has helped clients successfully navigate a myriad of family law matters and defended individuals facing criminal charges.

Erica’s vast experience allows her to develop a strategic plan for her clients and expertly advise them throughout the course of their matter to achieve their goals. Tenacious in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, Erica prides herself on being an aggressive advocate.
