I sold a condo in January at price of $275,000 after my agent said that it was all it was worth. After signing the contract looking on sales on-line I saw the unit a floor above me was selling for about about 360,000. Since than I have checked the building and two other units were for sale for about 360,000. Also the buyer of condo was my renter and the agent made 15,000 and had never been in unit.
