question iconI sold a condo in January at price of $275,000 after my agent said that it was all it was worth. After signing the contract looking on sales on-line I saw the unit a floor above me was selling for about about 360,000. Since than I have checked the building and two other units were for sale for about 360,000. Also the buyer of condo was my renter and the agent made 15,000 and had never been in unit.

That really stinks! The issue for you is can you prove that the broker knew that the condo was worth more and thus defrauded you? There is a possibility of negligence, depending upon the facts and your desired results. If you are thinking of bringing a law suit against the broker I recommend that you schedule a case evaluation to discuss your facts, damages, proof, desired results, options, the law, the process, timeline, options, how we can help costs, etc. Just call 303-688-0944 or schedule online at robandhen.wpengine.com/locations
