Another Colorado law, C.R.S. 13-21-1503, gives you the right to sue someone who creates “intimate digital depictions” of you with AI, or by manipulating actual photos of you.
Under these laws, you may be able to recover a number of damages, including those for emotional distress, humiliation, and other personal injuries. The court could also order that your attorneys' fees be paid.
