We are Robinson and Henry P.C., a reputable law firm based in Colorado specializing in a wide range of legal practices, including family law, civil litigation, business law, etc. Our firm is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients, and we recognize the importance of ensuring financial transparency and accountability throughout our engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for financial matters.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain the scope of legal services provided, billing practices, and the importance of timely payments.

  • Collaborate with our attorney partners to understand the legal work being performed and accurately convey that information to clients.

  • Proactively address any client concerns or disputes regarding billing and payments.

  • Develop strategies to improve the billing and payment process, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

  • Implement effective strategies to identify potential payment delays and address them promptly. Follow up with clients on invoices to maintain transparent communication and facilitate timely payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

  • Prior experience in financial management, client relations, or a similar role preferred.

  • Knowledge of legal billing practices and terminology is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
