In addition to training newcomers and developing onboarding manuals, admins have opportunities for upward mobility within their team and other departments within the firm. Members of our administrative team have been promoted to management, marketing, accounting, and paralegal positions.

At Robinson & Henry, we believe in equitable pay and transparent pay scales. By removing the salary structure veil, we further a cohesive, inclusive, and principled office culture. We have found that when everyone knows where he or she stands, our team is in a better position to set and accomplish professional goals.

Our competitive pay range places our firm at the top of Colorado’s marketplace. Administrative team members just beginning their careers receive a starting hourly wage of $18.04. The most experienced admins’ hourly wage is $25.46. Administrative team managers receive added compensation.

Additionally, Robinson & Henry is proud to tout consistent raises. To date, the firm has issued raises every year, a tradition we intend to carry on. That means, the pay scale below will only get better.

The firm also has an attractive benefits package that offers a 401(k) program, business travel expenses reimbursement, and paid time off that increases after the sixth year with Robinson & Henry.

At our firm, we understand most people want to harmonize their career with their personal life. We want that for you, too.

We make every effort to accommodate requests for time off so you can, for example, attend your child’s extracurricular event, ensure a loved one gets to a medical appointment, or pick up a relative from the airport. And when possible, members of the admin team may be able to make up hours that were taken for personal obligations.
