Our Sales Operations Team, which includes our administrative personnel, contact center specialists, client coordinators, and quality assurance team leaders, is instrumental in the firm’s and its clients’ successes. We furnish our team with top-of-the-line advanced technology so they can complete their tasks as effectively and efficiently as possible. From initial calls to wrapping up client matters, our Sales Operations Team ensures clients have an exceptional experience.
Members of the sales team also have opportunities for upward mobility within their own team as well as other departments within the firm. Sales team members have been promoted to management, marketing, accounting, and paralegal positions.

Quarterly Bonus Incentive
Each quarter, Robinson & Henry, P.C. pays a bonus to Sales Operations Team members who meet or exceed their goals, up to a $500 bonus payment. A team member who meets quarterly goals for the year could receive $2,000 in bonus payments.
Additionally, Robinson & Henry is proud to tout consistent raises. To date, the firm has issued raises every year, a tradition we intend to carry on. That means your pay will only get better.
The firm also has a generous benefits package that includes a 401(k) program, two weeks of PTO, sick pay, and business travel reimbursement. PTO increases to three weeks after the employee has been with the firm for six years.
