We believe pay should be equitable and pay scales should be transparent. By removing the salary structure veil, we further a cohesive, inclusive, and principled office culture. When everyone knows where they stand, the team is in a better position to accomplish its goals.
Our competitive pay places Robinson & Henry at the top of Colorado’s marketplace. Paralegals just beginning their careers receive a starting salary of $21.98 an hour. The most senior paralegals’ base pay is $34.69 an hour.
Additionally, the firm is proud to tout consistent raises. To date, R&H has issued raises every year, a tradition we intend to carry on. That means your pay will only get better.
Quarterly Bonuses & Other Benefits
Paralegals qualify for bonuses throughout the year. Those who exceed their minimum billable hours each quarter receive a $1,000 bonus.
Robinson & Henry also provides paralegals with an attractive benefits package. It includes a 401(k) program, paid time off that increases after six years with the firm, and business travel expenses reimbursement.
