Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Megan represented skilled nursing facilities involved in complex Medicaid eligibility and compliance issues.
Megan has vast experience with the Long-Term Care Medicaid application and appeals process. She has also handled conservatorship and guardianship proceedings for incapacitated individuals.

Heir Representation - Achieved a $200,000 settlement for an omitted heir to ensure he received his rightful share of the estate.
Trust beneficiary representation - Achieved a successful result in mediation which resulted in an additional $100,000 to client for a life estate interest.
