In March of this year I made a payment towards my credit card at a wells Fargo branch in Arizona; there was a mix up the teller thought I wanted a cash advance he reversed that transaction and took my money but it never posted towards my account. Several months and calls later I’ve been told I’d be receiving a check in the mail for that money, it’s never come and now I’ve been told it’s not coming that it has been added to my account and it hasn’t.
