Colorado pet rent charge for multiple dogs

My incoming tenant has two dogs. Can I charge $35 for each dog in additional rent, or with the new Colorado laws can I only charge a max of $35 for all pets, regardless of how many?

We have a nonalcoholic drink business. We met some people who have a freeze dried candy business. We thought we could split a space in Denver to save on rent. We both signed a lease at The Shops at Northfield for 1 year. They got the license for the space. We have a license from our food truck so we didn't apply for a license. There is a water service line from my home to my neighbor’s home that has a leak and has created small flooding into my crawl space. We turned the water off to stop her home top stop the leak/flooding. This has resulted in her being without water for 2 weeks now, without any end in sight. No one has assisted with a temporary water setup for my neighbor or for accommodations for her while the water is shut off. The reason I am reaching out is because we have been told by several plumbers that the water line that was installed a long time ago was done improperly, and the only way to fix the leak is to completely replace the pipe or for my neighbor to install a new water line from the city main. They are quoting up $50k-$70k to do this. My question is, are we liable for this since we purchased the homes in this condition, or is there a way to request reimbursement from the city or whoever installed this pipe wrongfully in the first place? I am also curious if I can be held liable in any way for my neighbor not having water. I am also currently the landlord for my home and want to ensure that none of this might fall on me from the renters in any way. Thanks! See answer
