I just received an email from my Lanlord stating that they will be locking our thermostats and keeping them between 68-70 degrees. I pay for the utilities. I have tried to do some research online, but have not been able to find answer one way or the other. Are Lanlords legally able to control my temperature? I live in a 4plex.
