I got a DUI in Kansas in 2012. I had a CDL Class B but was not driving a commercial vehicle. It’s now 2024 and I live in Colorado. I interviewed for a job that requires a CDL Class B. Will this be an issue?
Colorado will run a background check and will see the DUI.
