I built a parking pad at the end of my driveway in what was bar ditch some 22 years ago. My truck has been parked there for at least 5 consecutive years and this winter the HOA told me it had to go? a board member does the same thing but mine has to go because of a complaint from someone up the street. Do I have any recourse?

It is possible that the HOA has waived its right to enforce that specific covenant based on the duration of the violation (if there is one).
