HOA's and the HOA Board of Directors have duties owed to the owners of the HOA. As such you have rights WRT communication and to ensure the the HOA is handling your money properly. Sometimes, issues such as these can be resolved by an attorney Demand Letter but if that does not deliver a satisfactory response litigation can be initiated. I recommend that you contact our attorneys who are very experienced in representing homeowners against HOAs. Just call 303-688-0944 or schedule a case assessment online at robandhen.wpengine.com/locations. At your appointment we can review the facts in more detail and discuss your rights, potential courses of action, and remedies. Generally, we can have these initial meetings via telephone or via video tele conference (Zoom).
