question iconMy ex-wife’s apartment got flood due to last rain, her apartment was damage, so she has to live in a hotel, since our oldest child has allergies and asthma, so when is her turn to stay with them, she must stay in a hotel, so now they are refusing to pay for the hotel, also they stated that they are not sure how long they will fix the damage, so if there is another flood the apartment will get again flooded…her insurance company stated that the HOA must have a flood insurance, but if they do, why they are having so much issues repairing the apartment? also her entire aprtment had hard floor, but the HOA stated that they will change only the affected area, but obviously, the apartment’s floor will be of different colors. So I do not know how you can help her
