What is the definition, under C.R.S. 38-33.3-308, 4(a) ….employees of the association or the managing agent’s…..?
Do volunteers on the communities ACC (Architectural Control Committee), who are appointed by the board, fall under the definition of managing agent’s?
Can the Board call them in to Executive Session to have a discussion about their training? 
Does 308.4a of CCIOA consider volunteers as employees? Not likely. The language used in the Statue, "Matters pertaining to employees of the association or the managing agent's contract or involving the employment, promotion, discipline, or dismissal of an officer, agent, or employee of the association" indicates that this is for employment matters. I would recommend that this conversation about the training of the ACC members be held during the open meeting. However, we do not have all the information from this short online question.
