question iconHave a commercial renter without a lease I want to evict…. easier or harder without a lease ??

You have a lease it may be a verbal rather than a written lease. Assuming, you want to evict for failure to pay rent, the fact that the lease is verbal does not make the eviction much more difficult, it will however, make it more difficult to collect money damages.
