My Colorado real estate license was revoked early 2009, then in May of 2011, I pleaded guilty to an F6 criminal impersonation charge. Is it possible to get approval from the state to pursue real estate license ?

The Real Estate Commission will perform a background check and all applicants must submit fingerprints for investigation., However, the Commission does not state if a conviction 10 yrs ago will result in denial of the application. Good Luck!
