My wife and I bought a home in 2015. Both our names on the mortgage. She passed away in 2018. I have not notified the mortgage company because I am afraid they will require me to go through another loan process. Will they?

Having a spouse pass away who was on title will not trigger a new loan process for a co-mortgagor (you). You may notify the loan company.
