Cherry Picker left on property

My contractor left a large lift/cherry picker on my property. It’s been 3 weeks, I’ve contacted him. It’s still here.
What are my options? Can I charge storage? Can I have it towed? Can I sell it? It is in the front yard and I’m getting asked if it’s for sale. PITB.
