Hello, I am a Director of Exceptional Student Services at a charter school in Aurora. I have been advised this evening that I will be put on a performance improvement plan tomorrow. I have no idea what the concern(s) are or why I am be put on such a plan out of the blue. I believe this is an attempt to force me out due to a discrepancy I had with the cofounder (wife of the Executive Director) regarding how to handle a specific parent situation at school,
