question iconI hired a manufacturing company to make my leggings. They have not delivered them on the agreed time and are now pushing for more time. The problem is, this was a preorder and my time is up to deliver the leggings to my customers. What can I do? I have paid my invoices in full and I’m afraid if I cancel all of my orders they’re I’ll not give me my money back.

We can help you. A strong attorney demand letter may help you. If ultimately, the manufacturer's failure causes you financial damages you may need to bring a lawsuit to recover those losses.
