Your Legal Questions Answered

question iconI’ve met my deductible. I have no patient responsibility. I’ve sent all the documentation needed to prove nothing is owed by myself. I’ve talked to agents at this billing company and they stated that they are trying to rebuke insurance. I’ve been told this 4 times even though I’ve told them I have an EOB staying nothing is owed by me. They said it could take 45 days to review. What should I do if I’m sent to collections I’m error? Do I need a lawyer for this?

Depending upon the size of the claimed debt you may want to get a lawyer involved to assist you. If your debt is sent to collections and you are served with a Complaint to appear in Court, you definitely need to get a lawyer involved.
