I’ve met my deductible. I have no patient responsibility. I’ve sent all the documentation needed to prove nothing is owed by myself. I’ve talked to agents at this billing company and they stated that they are trying to rebuke insurance. I’ve been told this 4 times even though I’ve told them I have an EOB staying nothing is owed by me. They said it could take 45 days to review. What should I do if I’m sent to collections I’m error? Do I need a lawyer for this?
